Publisher of the site

Vivimelo — a service whose publisher is currently being registered. The registration number (SIRET / RCCM) and the registered address will be published here once the formalities are complete. For any question about the identity of the publisher, contact: contact@vivimelo.com.

1. The service

Vivimelo generates personalised songs from the information you provide (the recipient’s name, occasion, musical style, preferences). By creating an account, you confirm that you have the right to use the information you submit for personalisation.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Each account is individual — do not share it. You can delete your account at any time from the settings; deletion is permanent.

3. Generated content

Songs created with Vivimelo are intended for personal use (gifts, sharing with family). Public sharing through a dedicated listening link is allowed; resale or commercial use of the generated content is not allowed without prior agreement.

4. Availability

The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to ensure fast and reliable generation, without any guarantee of continuous availability.

5. Credits, payment and refunds

Creating a song uses one credit, purchased beforehand as a pack through Mobile Money (Orange Money, Wave, MTN…) or bank card. The credit is debited when generation starts.

If generation fails for a technical reason, the credit used is automatically returned to your account, with no action needed on your part. You only pay for a song that is actually delivered. This guarantee does not cover subjective dissatisfaction with a song that was delivered successfully (for example if the result does not match your expectations despite a successful generation); in that case, contact us through the Contact page and we will look at your request case by case.

Purchased credits have no expiry date and cannot be refunded in cash once purchased, apart from the automatic re-crediting described above in the event of a technical failure.
