Data controller

Vivimelo — a service whose publisher is currently being registered. The registration number (SIRET / RCCM) and the registered address will be published here once the formalities are complete. To exercise your rights or contact us about your data, write to contact@vivimelo.com.

1. Data we collect

Your email address, an encrypted password (or your Google account if you use Google sign-in), and the information you provide to create a song (the recipient’s name, occasion, musical preferences, details you choose to share).

2. How we use it

Only to run the service: generating your songs, managing your account, and sending you the necessary emails (verification, password reset, generation notifications). If you have turned on usage statistics in your settings, anonymised data helps us improve Vivimelo.

3. Sharing

We never sell your data. Songs you choose to share through a public link can be accessed by anyone who has the link — it is up to you to pass it only to the people you want.

4. Your rights

From the Settings page, you can at any time download a copy of all your data, or permanently delete your account and its content.
